Recently I've been so busy with school and everything that I haven't had time to post anything. Halloween was pretty fun, but I can't wait for Thanksgiving because my family and I are going to visit my grandparents and cousins. It will be so much fun.

School is very fun and going very well. I have a great teacher and great friends. I can't wait until next year because I get to go to Junior High. I can't wait to have a locker, and a ton of different classes. Well I'll try to post more often, see ya!!!

Sorry...

So sorry I haven't posted anything for like ever! I've been super busy with school, and such. I have a country report due next week, and also all the other homework I get! For once school is actually a challenge!

My grade splits up into different levels of math, and i'm in the hardest, and boy is it hard!!! We already had the end of the year test, and have already covered chapters 1-6, in just 2 days!!! We will be into algabra soon, it's crazy!!

School Is Almost Here!!!!!

Yay, i'm sooooooo excited about school!!! I do like summer, but i'm excited to start 6th grade!!! Back to school night is coming up too! I think that will be very fun!!!! if any of you peoples are excited for school raise you're hand... wait, never mind! lol!

8 long hours

Today, I've been watching my 3 youngest siblings, Hannah, Nathan, and Emma while my older brother goes swimming, and my mom, and Tyler go to day camp. We have played Uno, watched a movie, had a scavenger hunt, played ghost in the graveyard (at 1:00 pm) and had a picnic. It has been fun, yet very long it seems like. Now we will play another card game then maybe do some little skits. As i have said many times before, I love babysitting.

Hello...

I don't really know what to write about, so here goes... well first off please go see how much fun i had at girls camp on my mom's blog, go here! I had the best time ever!! But I won't write about that or i'll be stealing my mom's thunder... anyways... my dad and my brother are gone for a week at scout camp, i'll miss them, just like i missed my family when i was at girls camp. I didn't really want to go, cause I really had a ton of fun, but i missed my family, but now I want to go back! Next year though... well that's all for now!! Bye Bye!

Camping...Finally

My family finally went camping, we went up to the Uintas for a night. It was really fun! We camped by a river, and we loved to play in it! Molly came with us too, and she also loved the water. We took a hike around a lake, and Molly just layed in the water. On our way back to our car we saw snow, and Molly loved it! She layed in it, and even ate it! She must get really hot we figured. In the middle of our trip we noticed Molly wasn't wagging her tail (which is really surprising because she is usually wagging her tail non-stop) it just hung down, and she couldn't move it or even sit down very well! I felt so bad for her, but at least she could still walk. We think that a rock fell on her tail, and broke a bone, it got dislocated, or a bee stung it and it got numb so she can't move it, who knows?! As I write this I hear Emma crying because Molly chewed her bunny's ear off, ok, so Molly is back to normal!

Zip Line!!!

I'm getting a zip line in my back yard soon!!!! I'm so excited!!! We are going to start working on it today if we can!!! I can't wait! It will be sooooooooooo much fun! It will go from one end of our yard to the other, that is very far by the way. You can all come over, and take a ride on it, so I'll let you know when it's ready!!!

Swimming in Ice...

Today my family and I went to our neighbors to go swimming. I couldn't wait, because I was BURNING so we packed up our swimming stuff, and left. I got there first because I went ahead on my bike. I ignored the prompt to put sunscreen on and jumped in. When I came out of they water I screamed! The water was icy cold. Apparently their heater for the pool didn't work:( some of us didn't get in, but most of us did. We would get in for a FEW seconds, then get out and dry off while eating shaved ICE. Me and Tyler and our friend stayed in the longest. We even had a contest to see who could stay in the longest. I about sunk because it was so cold I got sore. Our friend was smart and used a PINK (our friend was a boy) tube. Once our contest was over we got dry, and had a shaved ice (there was about 100 flavors to choose from literally) Once we got nice and dry, our other friend said, "hey, how about I throw a rock into the DEEP end, and you go get it" We all agreed because we had nothing better to do. She threw the rock, and we took turns looking for it. Our friend went first, but didn't find it. Then it was my turn. I thought for sure I would find it. Of course.... I didn't. Then Tyler went, 5 seconds later, he comes up... with the TINY rock. Who figures!? Everyone else seemed fine, me however, I couldn't feel my toes.:)

Once we got home I went straight to the shower. I wasn't really focused on getting clean, I was focused on getting warm. Even though it was freezing I had fun, the bad part is... I'm sun burnt.

HEY THERE!! its MORGAN! i'm in a few earlier posts (from like last year if you wanna get caught up on moi!) anywho... i am visiting with hailey and yesh i am writing in her blog....fun yes...?Yes. The last few days have been really fun! we have hung out around the house and such. Today we are probably going to the Mayan...YAY! (i've never been there sooo idk..)Molly is SMELLING ME!!!! AHHHHH! asoasjerupfiojashpguohrsah NOOOO!!!! (haha just kidding...:)) Oh dear, Molly was up pon the table...GASP! We have mostly been just hanging out...so yah. I'll let Hailey talk now...bya!

Because hailey doesn't know what to say...I'll continue for her! Who Knew?

This is really random, but Tyler and I went to Google Earth and looked up Niagara Falls, it said that is was in New York! Did any of you guys know that? Also we watched a movie about Africa, and it said that all of the continents could fit in it! I mean really? It also said that a human could jump 30 feet, but a kangaroo could jump a little farther, but seriously, 30 feet!!! If you guys don't believe all this, it's fine... because neither do I.:)

Summer is finally here!!!

Yay, summer is here! Already I have been swimming, a party, night games, and to the Drive-In!!! Wow, I will be sooooooooooo busy! Still, it will be way fun! Just wait 'til I get started...

One more day...

One more day until school is out! It's so crazy! This year has gone by so fast! Summer will be so fun, and I plan to hang out with friends, blog, e-mail, train my dog, and do a ton of family activities! Such as, camping, hiking, playing in the yard, going for walks, swimming, and having picnics at parks. Summer will be awesome! I have had a awesome teacher, and I will next year too! I seriously can't wait!!!! Plus the last day is a short day, and all we do is fun stuff, like signing year books, and I think we are going to eat lunch outside! Also my class is planing a surprise party for my teacher, and for my friend that is moving!(hopefully they are not reading this) The last day of school will be AWESOME!!!! Btw I did this really big so you all will read it:)

Today Nathan was riding his scooter, and the little thingy that makes it taller jabbed him right between the legs. I came outside to get him for dinner, and he said he couldn't walk. I asked him what was wrong and he said "My tenders hurt"

The New Library...

Is awesome!!! If you haven't had the chance to go there, and you live close around it I suggest you go check it out! It has all new books, and everything! I love it! It has a backyard, a HUGE flat screen TV, and all this other awesome stuff! I have my own library card, and i feel very sophisticated! Everyone go check it out!!!

Just a Little Longer...

I can't wait 'til summer! I only have a few more days of school then I'm done! Summer will be so much fun! I want to go camping a lot and go to lots of places! I really cant wait! I also want to hang out with all my friends, and do a lot of other fun stuff! I CAN'T WAIT!

SOCCER!

Today I had a soccer game, even though my team lost by 1, I still had tons of fun! If any of you are looking for a game to play, I suggest soccer! It's all about teamwork, thinking, coordination, and fun! I love soccer, actually I love all sports, but in soccer you are always moving! I LOVE IT! My coaches are also really good, they teach us new moves and what to do when you don't know what to do! Thanks, all my teammates, and coaches! Even if we don't win... we are always a team!

Being A Missionary

I decided to give a Book Of Mormon to two of my non-member friends, they said they will read it! Then today I gave them "The Friend"! I'm glad I am trying to be a missionary! Now we are closer friends. I so happy for the gospel!

The 5th Grade Program

My grade had been working our butts off to perform well for the school and parents. It was all about how the United States came to be. We sang and acted. I had a solo, and everyone told me I was super good at singing! Who knew? I had never sang in a microphone for people, well except for the time where me and this boy had to sing a duet at church. I never knew I could sing! Well also preformed for assistant living people, and they loved it! Our reward was Popsicles and then we get to go ice-skating! My Grandparents, my Aunt, and my parents came to watch me! At the end they gave me flowers (which are now in my room looking pretty) and lots of hugs! I'm glad I got that fun occasion over with!

Another Fun Weekend... for sure

So this weekend will be really fun if the plans don't changed... so today we celebrate my mom's birthday, we will watch movies, and play games, plus my grandpa is coming over! Well that's today, now for tomorrow... we are celebrating my brother's birthday, and I have a friend's birthday to go to, and last but not least on Sunday my whole family will go to my grandparents' house and do this tradition thingy. Plus Sunday is General Conference! This weekend will be super fun!

Too Bad...

Well ya, it's too bad because apparently only my brother could go fishing because it was a scout thing, and no time worked for the movies... so, it still was a fun weekend, because I still get to go to the temple dedication and I still went to my grandparent's house, so I still had a ton of fun!!!!!

Fun Fun Fun weekend!

 So if you read my last post you would already know about me going to my grandparent's house, but now  i'm talking about what else I get to do this weekend... go fishing with my dad, go to the movies with my aunt, watch the dedication of the Draper Temple at my church, and then I have Monday off of school!!! I'm going to love this weekend!!! Oh ya, and on the 26th I have a report on Hawaii, and my grandparents are so nice, and are letting me lend a few things from Hawaii, them going there and all. So I'll be busy with that, but i'll get a great reward!(not included a good grade!)

Gramma's and Grampa's House!

On friday my brother and I got to spend the night at my grandparents house, it was awesome! We went to my favorite resturaunt and then went to their house and watched movies! It was sooooooo fun! Thanks so much gramma and grandpa! I love you!

SHUCKS!!!

SHUCKS!!! It doesn't look like that last post was a very big hit... (sigh) oh well, i was hoping it would be. I'll try to do more EXCITING post. Sorry I don't have very exciting stories!:)

A Exciting day for Molly

Today my dad and I went to wash Molly. Well we couldn't get in, so we decided to stop by "Walmart" and just wash her ourselves with hot water. So my dad had to get money at the bank, and Molly had just found out how much she loved sticking her head out of the window. When my dad had gone inside the bank, Molly jumped out the car window!!! She started walking around with all those cars! I think most of the people got annoyed but one person started to whistle to her to make her come, but she wouldn't! So I sprinted inside to tell my dad, and I grabbed a sucker ('cause I love suckers) and ran outside with my dad. I called for Molly, and apparently she wanted my sucker, she followed me into the car, then... ate my whole sucker, stick and all. When we got home we brushed her because she was shedding her winter coat, and TONS of hair came off! But she loved getting brushed! Please feed the dogs in the shelter, and the cats. Thank you!

Cool accordian!

My grandparents came to visit, and they brought an accordian that my great grandpa gave to us! He is a great accordian player, not to mention great grandpa!!! It is so fun to play! it is awesome!!!

What I said when I was little

I don't know what to call this, but I wanted to start a tagging thingy.

When I was little and I said the prayer, I would say at the beginning " Dubba Day" (dear Heavenly Father)And when I sang the primary song 'Popcorn Popping" I would sing... "I looked out the window, and what did I see? Popcorn popping on the apricot tree! Spring has brought me such a nice Pooh day! Popcorn popping on the apricot tree! And one time around Thanksgiving my mom said "Hailey come and make some turkey cookies with me!" So I went to help, and when my brother said "What are you making?" I said "tukie tukies" (which is turkey cookies) How funny is that???

A Story From the Past

I was tagged by Casey,
Here is my story from the past:
When my family had our chocolate lab named Lucky which was a very big and strong dog. I wanted to take him on a family walk, I got the leash, put it on him, and opened the gate. Right as I opened it, Lucky ran towards the road, (see he was not fixed so he wanted to find a mate) I was dragged over the lawn holding on for dear life! As we neared the road my dad said "Hailey just let go, before you get scratched from the road!" I said back... "no he will get lost" But I finally decided to let go. My dad started to crack up, which I thought then was very rude, but now I am laughing about that! Here is another story which my dad thinks is hilarious but not as funny as the story above... My dad is the boy scout leader and he used to take us with him one at a time on camping trips with the scouts. Well my turn came, and we were going to Causey, (a lake) so I brought my Barbie fishing pole (I promise this is when I was little!) Well anyway, I decided to go fishing out of my canoe I hadn't fished for a very long time so I kind of forgot how, but I got it out and my fishing pole had a little button that you let go to cast, but I got it ready, and was hoping to catch a fish. But instead of letting go of the button... I let go of my whole fishing pole, at first my dad thought that I did that on purpose, because I had been asking for one, but really I forgot to just let go of the button!!!

IHOP Adventures!

As my mom said, my family went to the Draper Temple. You can read about that on my mom's blog, the post called... "Families Can Be Together Forever."My story starts after the temple... We went to get brunch at IHOP (international house of pancakes) and I ordered a Rootie Jr. or something like that. I saw it had whipped cream on it along with strawberries. I asked if I could get it without the fruit. They said I could, apparently they thought if I didn't want fruit then I didn't want whipped cream either. And you know how restaurant like that put HUGE scoops of butter on it? Well ya, when they brought out my pancakes I saw that they did put "whipped cream" on. I decided it didn't matter. However when i got closer to my brunch I thought it probably wasn't whipped cream, and decided it was ice- cream. Can you guess what's next? Yep I got the so called "ice-cream" and stuck it in my mouth! And yes, it was so not ice-cream! It was... A BIG HUGE BLOB OF BUTTER!!! YUCK! Now my dad and I both have a IHOP story. His however is he got a huge stack of pancakes and put what looked like really runny syrup all over, but the runny syrup was not at all syrup! I was coffee! He had just ruined his perfect foot high pancakes! Luckily they gave him another stack for free, but poor dad, coffee all over his beautiful stack of pancakes! :(

It's all Good!

I've been catching up on all my work, I got my D.A.R.E. report done,and my book report is really simple. I love my teacher, she is so nice, and lets us get away with stuff. She never gets mad, and doesn't give much homework. We threw a surprise birthday for her. Her birthday was during Christmas break, so we decided to throw a birthday party for her. We all brought some snacks and a small gift, it was my idea to have our principal call her down for a few minutes while we set up. We put up balloons, posters, and made a refreshment stand! She was so happy! She said we are so great because her birthday always gets forgotten since it's during Christmas break! She is always telling us how great of a class we are, and that we are the best class she ever had (I know all teachers say that, but seriously we threw her a surprise party!) It's all good!

Who Knew?

Who knew fifth grade would be so hard??? We have 5 big assignments! 1.state PowerPoint, 2.different state poster report, 3.book report, 4. D.A.R.E. report, and
5.science fair project(not optional) And the worst part is that they are all almost due the same day! Add that to the homework, chores, and school work at school! so complicated! Ahhhh! So hard!

Emma, Emma, Emma!

Emma is officially a two year old, every night at dinner time when my dad asks who wants to say the prayer, Emma is already raising her hand and shouting "me me me!" And every night she says it. When the prayer ended in sacrament, Emma saided "Hey I wanted to say it!"

Every night she comes in my room to sleep with me, I always make sure she goes "potty" before she gets on my bed. Usually the answer is "I already did", but i make her anyway. She has had an obsession with coloring the past few days and is always telling me to "tulor" (color) It is the cutest thing, when I get home from school, she says "Hayey" (Hailey) then she runs up to me and gives me a big hug! How cute is that?

Life is Good!

My parents are really creative of thinking of what to do to teach their six kids how to be responsible, this time they got us all a little bank that we keep our money in. There are three columns that are listed: Mission Fund, Tithing, and Fun Money.Then at the end of each week, my mom and dad give us a smiley face sticker or a sad faced sticker. If we get smiley faces for each week of the month, then we get a full allowance, mine would be 11 dollars because I'm 11. I love my life!!!

Fun Field Trip

Not!!!Yep, school is back, it is not that bad actually... except the fact that we wasted 1 hour to watch some old poeople at the high school try to play songs! Okay, they were professionals, (well at least thats what they said) but it was pretty boring, I about fell asleep!I wish my grade would go on fun, non educational field trips!! LOL!!! BTW if you don't know what LOL means, it means laugh out loud.:)

POP star!

Yesterday my littlest sister was popping my gum bubble!I would throw my head back and laugh, then my sister would throw back her little head and start cracking up!!!She is so cute!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

Last night the kids that were still awake, ran around the house trying to be the first one to do something!It was pretty crazy!We watched "Horton Hears a Who" then "Prince Caspian". We also played games!I stayed up until 4:30! WOW, I know!!!That was sure one great New year!!!
